Questions, answered.

  • Yes — most of our new-construction work is for repeat builders. We bid line-item, hold schedule, and clean up after ourselves so the next trade isn't slowed down.
  • Materials, labor, permits, inspection, and final fixture install. Anything outside scope (decorative or owner-supplied fixtures, unusual gas runs, etc.) is quoted as a clearly-marked allowance.
  • Yes — restaurants, salons, offices, small medical, and retail tenant fit-outs. We're not the right call for industrial or large multi-family.
  • We do. Our plumbing license is on the permit, our inspector relationships keep the sign-off moving, and you don't have to chase the city.
