24 / 7 Emergency

Water damage doesn't wait.

Real humans answer the phone, real trucks roll out. Most emergency calls on the coast are diagnosed within the hour.

While you wait
  • 1Shut off the main water valve (usually near the meter or where the line enters the house).
  • 2Kill power to the area if water is near outlets, panels, or appliances.
  • 3Move belongings and lay down towels to slow spread until we arrive.
  • 4Take photos for your insurance — we can help document the cause.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

  • It depends on size, fuel type (gas vs electric), tank vs tankless, and venting. We give you a flat-rate written quote on-site before any work starts — typical residential tank replacements land in a predictable range, and financing is available on larger jobs.
  • Every ~6 months along the Gulf Coast. Our water is harder than most manufacturers spec for, and skipping the flush voids most warranties and shortens unit life by years.
  • Yes — slab leak detection and repair is a core service. We pinpoint with non-destructive methods before recommending re-route or spot-repair.
  • Both. We serve residential homeowners, custom builders on new construction, and light commercial — restaurants, offices, retail, and small multi-tenant buildings. Same crew, same number.
  • Yes. We do rough-in to trim-out for custom builders and remodels — slab and overhead rough, gas, water, drain and vent, and final trim through inspection. Tell us the schedule and we'll work to it.
  • Restaurants, offices, retail spaces, salons, and small multi-tenant buildings. We do tenant build-outs, backflow, water heater swaps, and after-hours service work. Heavy industrial and large-footprint commercial isn't our lane.
  • Fully experienced in Mississippi, insured, and locally owned. We carry insurance info on every truck and pull permits ourselves when required.
